VA LOANS

VA loans are available to active and veteran service personnel and their surviving spouses. They are backed by the federal government but issued through private lenders.

CONVENTIONAL LOANS

Conventional loans are your “cream of the crop” type of mortgage. These are typically chosen by borrowers with higher credit scores and lower debt-to-income ratios. Conventional mortgages typically require less paperwork so they tend to close much quicker than other mortgages.

FHA LOANS

FHA loans are available to all people but are usually chosen by first time home buyers because of its low down payment requirement. Borrowers with lower credit scores tend to choose FHA loans as they tend to be the most affordable compared to other mortgage products that require higher credit scores.

USDA LOANS

USDA loans are backed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and require little to NO down payment. USDA mortgages are similar to FHA mortgages but are only offered in USDA eligible areas.
